Earth’s Miracle – Returns & Refund Policy

At Earth’s Miracle, we take pride in creating natural, handmade skincare products using carefully selected ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us.

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


💚 Change of Mind

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once products have been opened or used.

If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚖️ Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Is not of acceptable quality

  • Does not perform as reasonably expected

If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.

If the issue is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.


📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


🌿 Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Our products are made using natural ingredients; however, individual sensitivities may occur.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Earth’s Miracle is not liable for individual allergic reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Refunds will not be issued for reactions where no product fault is present.


🚚 Return Shipping

Where a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
