Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
As our products are handmade in small batches, during peak periods processing times may extend slightly. If there is any delay, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using reputable carriers such as Australia Post.
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days (depending on location)
Express Shipping (if selected):
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
📍 Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Earth’s Miracle is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

The outer packaging

The damaged product

Your order number
We will assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistance is required, contact us and we will help where possible.
☀️ Warm Weather Advisory
As our products are made with natural butters and oils, they may soften or melt in extreme heat (above 30°C).
We recommend:

Bringing parcels inside promptly after delivery

Storing products in a cool, dry place
If a product softens during transit, place it in a cool environment to allow it to reset naturally. This does not affect product quality.
